The following information will ask you your understanding of your child's capabilities and skills. Please be honest and open. It will help me to know the supports and scaffolds I need to put in place to ensure that these sessions are beneficial, comprehensive and engaging for all. It will also assist to determine the best groupings to bring students of similar capabilities together.

Is your child's communication able to be understood by others? *

Well spoken, large vocabulary Verbal and understandable Verbal but can sometimes be hard to understand Verbal but hard to understand Non-verbal or limited

Is your child able to understand others? (Comprehension) *

How would you assess your child's expressive language, their ability to provide clear and imaginative depictions (this is a skill developed during the program so don't worry) :-) *

Are you aware that the program runs for 8 Weeks during term time and costs $640, payable before commencement? *
